What the guarantee covers
The guarantee refunds the purchase price paid for one first BRIDO Box. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refunded, except where the product is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Eligibility
- The product must have been purchased directly from brido.ch.
- The guarantee applies only to your first BRIDO order and to one box, even if the order contains multiple boxes.
- Your request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
- The strips must have been used according to the provided instructions.
- No more than three strips may have been used.
- The original box and at least 27 unopened strips must be returned.
- Only one guarantee claim is permitted per person, household, delivery address and payment method.
How to make a claim
- Submit the First Box Guarantee Claim form with your order details.
- Wait for confirmation and a return authorisation code before sending anything back.
- Return the original box and remaining unopened strips within 10 days of receiving authorisation.
- Once the return is received and inspected, any approved refund is issued to the original payment method.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted. This commercial guarantee is separate from, and does not affect, any statutory consumer rights that may apply.
