Return and refund policy

We want you to feel confident about your BRIDO purchase.

Standard returns
Because BRIDO Strips are a personal-care product, unopened and unused boxes or refills in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned under the standard return policy.

30-day First Box Money-Back Guarantee
Your first BRIDO Box may qualify for our separate commercial guarantee. Approved claims refund only the purchase price paid for one first box. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Read the full guarantee terms before making a claim.

How to start a return
Email contact@brido.ch before sending anything back. We’ll provide the return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights that may apply.
